Basic Esthetician
Course Description
The program provides a comprehensive blend of lectures, learning objectives, and hands-on training. Students will explore the history of esthetics, develop essential professional life skills, and apply principles established by the Virginia State Board of Esthetics regulations and standards.

Course Length

The length of the Basic Esthetician program is 40 hrs. a week for 15 weeks = 600 hrs.
Schedule
Mondays and Tuesdays = in-school, hands-on Practical experiences.
Monday: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (3.5hrs) = Practical Hands On
Tuesday: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (3.5hrs) = Practical Hands On
​Wednesday: 9:30 am - 6 pm (8hrs) - Break 12-12:30 pm = Theory CIMA™ LMS
Thursday: 9:30 am - 6 pm (8hrs) - Break 12-12:30 pm = Theory CIMA™ LMS
Friday: 9:30 am-6 pm (8hrs) Break 12-12:30 pm = Theory CIMA™ LMS
